At night the Pieten ride across Holland's' rooftops and Sinterklaas listens through
the chimneys to check on the children's behavior.
Piet jumps down the chimney flues and makes sure that the carrot or hay the
children have left for the horse in their shoes by the
fireplace is exchanged for a small gift or some candy.
Now this would all go off without a hitch except for one thing…
someone has stolen all the children’s shoes! Every night the Pieten climb down
the chimneys only to find someone has beaten them to the shoes,
only the carrots and hay are left. The Thief has drunk the chocolate milk
and eaten all the cookies left for Piet.
We’re on a mission to find the missing shoes! Follow the trail of Pepernoten
the thief has left behind, and the clues to find his/her lair.
There are 10 Pepernoten that will give you a word -
each to give you the location after you have unscrambled them,
and 6 that will ask you a question which will require some googling,
each correct answer will give you a letter,
unscramble these to get the correct password.
Good luck!
